浙江省肿瘤医院介入学科20年发展之路

Twenty-Year Development of Interventional Radiology in Zhejiang Cancer Hospital

经过20年的努力和发展,浙江省肿瘤医院介入科从无到有,由弱到强,无论是临床治疗水平、科研能力与成就、人才队伍建设,还是对基层的支持与帮扶,都得到了长足的发展。尤其在肿瘤的介入治疗上,开展了消融治疗、动脉内灌注化疗/化疗栓塞术、选择性动脉内放疗、放射性粒子植入术及介入联合靶向、免疫药物的联合治疗等多种治疗方法,为肿瘤患者提供了新的有效手段。以接受科室介入治疗的肝癌病例为例,初步统计显示患者的1年、3年生存率分别达到90%和65%,均高于文献报道的总体水平,浙江省肿瘤医院介入学科的发展水平位居国内前列。

Starting from scratch,after 20 years of persistent efforts the Department of Interventional Radiology of Zhejiang Cancer Hospital now has had dramatically all-round development in terms of clinical treatment,scientific research,talent team,and the support and assistance to other hospitals.In field of interventional treatment of tumors,a variety of advanced and effective therapeutic modalities are carried out in the department,such as ablation therapy,intra-arterial chemotherapy/chemoembolization,selective intra-arterial radiotherapy,radioactive seed implantation,and interventional therapy combined with targeted and immune drugs,which brought new hopes for cancer patients.For liver cancer patients who received interventional therapy in our department,the 1-and 3-year survival rates have reached as high as 90%and 65%,respectively,which are higher than the average level reported in the literature.Generally,the overall level of interventional radiology in Zhejiang Cancer Hospital ranks in the forefront of the domestic counterparts.
