摘要
通过水相法合成了谷胱甘肽和半胱氨酸修饰的水相碲化镉量子点(L-GSH/L-Cys-capped CdTe QDs),构建了一种毛细管区带电泳-电感耦合等离子体质谱联用方法(CZE-ICP-MS),实现了CdTe QDs及其降解产物(Cd^(2+)和TeO_(3)^(2-))的分离分析。单次进样可以同时对CdTe QDs,Cd^(2+)和TeO_(3)^(2-)进行定量分析。利用构建的CZE-ICP-MS方法对合成的L-GSH/L-Cys-capped CdTe QDs进行纯化效果表征,并对商品化CdTe QDs进行质量评价。该方法为CdTe QDs的合成过程控制、纯化效果、降解规律及毒代动力学研究提供了途径。
CdTe QDs capped with L-glutathione/L-cysteine (L-GSH/L-Cys-capped CdTe QDs) were synthesized by water-phase method.A novel method for simultaneously qualitative and quantitative analysis of CdTe QDs and its corresponding ionic species (Cd^(2+)and TeO_(3)^(2-)) in the single injection was developed using capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) coupled with inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).The developed CZE-ICP-MS method had been successfully applied to the purification effect characterization of L-GSH/L-Cyscapped QDs and the quality assessment of commercial CdTe QDs.This method provides a novel strategy not only for the study of the purification effect and synthetic process control of CdTe QDs but also for comprehensively understanding the degradation rules and toxicokinetic study of CdTe QDs.
