Adding Creative Flavor to a Former Factory The Micro-Regeneration Process of the"Dinghai Window"

定海之窗是上海市2018年度定海街道的微更新项目.面对隐藏在住区与街角绿化之间的街道工厂,设计师保留了历史厂房建筑,对内部空间进行了整理再生.微更新打开了北侧的城市绿化空间,通过"伞"状的剖面设计,形成了连续的室内外关系,为社区提供了多用途的公共空间.

The"Dinghai Window"is the name of a micro-regeneration project in Shanghaithatthe Dinghai Sub-district launched in 2018.The site was formerly a small factory building surrounded by a street corner greenbelt and a residential quarter.Architects have preserved the old factory building and renovated the interior with an open view to the public greenbelt.The fanning-out section links the indoor and the outdoor spaces as a whole,thus providing a multipurpose public space for the community.
