Gone Village The Renovation Design of Yuntu Dianshan Lake B&B in Qingpu Caibang Village of Shanghai

云图淀山湖民宿位于上海青浦淀山湖畔,是基于既有乡村建筑改建而成的.虽然场地的地理位置靠近淀山湖,但是自身的景观条件和现有建筑不可突破的建造限制,使得在改建方面没有增量的设计空间.于是,项目在场地策略方面通过曲折路径和院落穿插,最大限度地增加外部空间的游憩体验;在建筑改造方面选取了既有建筑中提取的红色作为设计主体线索,将室内外空间的设计整合起来.项目建成之后,大众网络平台将设计中的材料运用和颜色搭配渲染成为一种令人向往的异域体验,这种标签式的描述虽然背离了设计的初衷,但有利于商业推广,同时也揭示出上海乡村民宿业态消费主义的本质.

YuntuDianshanLakeB&BbyDianshan Lake in Shanghai's Qingpu District is a renovation project based on an existing rural complex.Although ideally close to Dianshan Lake,the existing landscape condition and rigid construction restrictions of the original buildings make it impossible for designers to expand the space.Therefore,the architect has comeupwitha creative site strategy to improve the recreation experience of external space through winding paths and courtyard interpenetration.In the renovation of the buildings,the red color of existing buildings is adopted as akeydesign element,unifying theindoor and outdoorspaces.Upon the completion of the project,the online media hailed the use of materials and the mix of colors as"a desirable exotic experience."Although such hype is not the original intention of the designer,it,nevertheless,is a selling point for its commercial promotion,which also echoes the consumerism of the B&B business sector in Shanghai.
