摘要
文章围绕都市实践新近完成的OCAT深圳馆B10新馆,对其从概念方案到建筑落成十余年间的空间演变历史进行梳理,并尝试将单体建筑与华侨城创意文化园特定的城市环境进行并置分析.通过现场踏勘与建筑师访谈,文章从单体展馆与艺术馆群、设计方案推演过程、建筑空间品质与建成环境优化三个维度展开分析,并指出B10所经历的公共艺术介入的渐进式更新反映了后工业时代深圳城市更新的基本特征.
This Paper focuses On the newly completed OCAT Shenzhen Hall B10 by URBANUS and traces its space evolution history from the time its conceptual design was proposed to the year of its completion,for a period that spans a decade.It attempts to juxtapose the architectural study of B10 and its specific urban environment in the context of OCT-LOFT.Based on the author's site visits and interviews with the principal architect,this review analyzes three aspects of the building,namely,B10 and its affiliated art museum cluster,the evolution of the design strategy,and the revitalization of the architectural space and thebuilt environment.It concludes that the gradual regeneration of B1o is a project motivated by public art and it reflects the basic characteristics of Shenzhen's urban renewal in the post-industrialera.
