基于价值再生的历史村落保护与活化更新模式 以昆明乌龙古渔村为例

A Historic Village Preservation and Revitalization Model Based on Value Regeneration Taking Wulong Ancient Fishing Village in Kunming,Yunnan Province as an Example

在新型城镇化和乡村振兴战略背景下,历史村落在经济、社会、文化等方面的多元价值受到关注.保护并传承这些特色价值,是历史村落更新工作的主要抓手,但在实践中有大量历史村落出于种种原因导致其原有的特色价值流失,亟待后续更新工作的发掘和重塑.文章以云南省昆明乌龙古渔村的更新改造为例,探索了以村落现存的历史文化和传统资源价值为基础的一种价值再生式的历史村落更新模式.

Inthewakeofthestrategicdeployment of new urbanization and rural revitalization,the multiple-faceted valueeconomic,social,and culturalof historic villages has garnered increasing attention.Protecting and celebrating such legacies canfuel the rejuvenation of theseold villages.This paper examines the renewal practice of the Wulong Ancient Fishing Village in Kunming,Yunnan province,in the hope to explore a value regeneration model for the revitalization of historic villages with reference to existinghistorical,cultural,and traditionalresources suchvillages havetooffer.
