Urban Organic Renewal of Shanghai Based on the Demands of The Times--Taking the Renovation of No.1 Office Building on Nandan Road as an Example

针对目前大城市发展过程中出现的土地资源紧张、历史和文化难以延续等问题,分析上海等大城市的发展现状。重点从建筑设计师的角度分析城市有机更新工作中需要关注的设计重点,并结合工程实例,探讨城市有机更新的实践运用,总结上海等大城市的城市有机更新工作中可借鉴的一些设计策略。

This paper analyzes the development situation of Shanghai and other big cities in view of the shortage of land resources,and the difficulty in the continuation of history and culture,focuses on the analysis of urban organic renewal work from the perspective of the design focus that the architectural designers need to pay attention to,and combined with the participation of the project examples,it discusses the practical application of urban organic renewal and summarizes some design strategies that can be used for reference in the work of urban organic renewal in Shanghai and other big cities.
