城镇污水处理厂MBR工艺设计探讨

Discussion on MBR Process Design of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant

为研究MBR工艺在城镇污水处理中的应用效果,论文以某城镇污水处理厂为例,针对其AAO-MBR工艺的污水处理方案设计要点展开了论述,并通过中试试验验证该工艺的污水处理效果。最终结果显示,经AAO-MBR工艺处理后出,水水质稳定且良好,COD、TN、悬浮物(SS)的去除率分别达到了90%、80%、99%,满足该城镇污水处理的要求。

In order to study the application effect of MBR technology in urban sewage treatment,based on an urban sewage treatment plant,this paper discusses the main points of wastewater treatment scheme design of AAO-MBR process,and verifies the wastewater treatment effect of this process through pilot test.The final result show that the water quality is stable and good after the AAO-MBR process,the removal rates of COD,TN and suspended solids(SS)reached 90%,80%and 99%respectively,meeting the requirements of the urban sewage treatment.
