建设工程项目成本控制分析与设计

Analysis and Design of Construction Project Cost Control

分析了建设工程项目成本控制存在的问题,包括成本控制体系不健全、设计环节缺失、管理方式静态固化、施工变更随意等,指出建设工程项目成本具有较大的不确定性,给建设工程项目实施带来诸多风险。基于此,提出从建设工程项目投资决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段对建设工程项目进行成本控制,通过建立初期项目管理系统、优化成本计划弹性设计、控制施工要素成本等设计成本控制系统,降低建设工程项目成本。

This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cost control of construction projects,including the unsound cost control system,the lack of design links,the static solidification of management mode,the random construction change,and so on.It points out that the cost of construction projects has great uncertainty,which brings many risks to the implementation of construction projects.Based on this,it is proposed to control the cost of the construction project from the stage of investment decision,design and construction of the construction project,and reduce the cost of the construction project by establishing the initial project management system,optimizing the elastic design of the cost plan and controlling the cost of construction factors.
