针对现代工业厂房建筑施工管理中存在的问题,结合实际工程项目,梳理了基坑施工、模板施工、钢筋施工、混凝土浇筑施工等环节的管理要点,并提出施工管理措施,包括构建精细化管理体系、与信息化技术相结合、做好材料与设备管理、落实精细化管理。

In view ofthe problems existing in the construction management of modern industrial plant,combined with the actual project,the management points of foundation pit construction,formwork construction,reinforcement construction,concrete pouring construction and other links are summarized,and the construction management measures are proposed,including the construction of fine management system,combination with information technology,material and equipment management,the implementation of fine management.
