摘要 博物馆教育作为重要的非正式教育形式,以知识传播作为公民教育的途径,服务于公众。德国博物馆教育以“文化为人人”为目标,并基于知识传播的目的制定了博物馆教育的相关原则,并提出了一系列的质量标准,通过跨学科跨行业的合作、专业人才培养、高质量的教学材料等,扩大并提升文化产品的供给水平。同时,博物馆也积极应对数字化挑战,使博物馆教育在多元包容的社会中继续促进公民教育文化权利的平等。 As an important form of informal education,museum education serves the public through knowledge transmission and dissemination as a way of civic education.German museum education takes"culture for everyone"as its goal,formulates relevant principles of museum education based on the purpose of knowledge transmission,and proposes a series of quality standards.Through interdisciplinary and cross-sector collaboration,professional training,highquality teaching materials,etc.,museums expand and improve the supply level of cultural products.At the same time,museums are also actively responding to digital challenges,so that museum education can continue to promote the equality of citizens'educational and cultural rights in a diverse and inclusive society.
