课程思政视域下高校学生合作精神培育研究

摘要 为了研究课程思政视域下高校学生合作精神培育情况,开展问卷调查并拆解“Z世代”大学生群体对合作精神的认知,设计并实施协作评价量表合作引导效果对照实验。基于上述分析结果,提出了教学实践中学生合作精神培育的建议,即可以充分利用协作评价量表,用评价规避“利己”;依托匿名评价举证申述避免“老好人”;通过项目任务预“挖坑”,不知不觉中促合作;设计“多线+交叉”任务,化被动合作为主动;利用在线拼图式任务,逐步提升合作积极性等。 To explore how to effectively cultivate students'cooperative spirit in ideological and political aspect of professional courses,this paper conducts a questionnaire of the cooperation spirit survey to understand the characteristics of the"Generation Z"college students,and disassembles their cognition of the cooperation spirit,designs and implements two groups of controlled experiments to compare the effect of cooperative guidance.Finally,according to the characteristic analysis and experimental results,puts forward specific teaching practice strategy suggestions,including making full use of the collaborative evaluation scale to avoid"self-interest",using anonymous evaluation along with the providing of evidence and representation,promote cooperation unconsciously by setting some conflicts in the team tasks,designing multiline cross-team tasks to transform passive cooperation into active,using online jigsaw-type tasks to increase the enthusiasm for cooperation gradually.
