“双高”院校引领职业教育五维度高质量发展的内涵与路径

摘要 在职业教育领域,国家陆续出台了一系列重大政策,为职业教育改革发展指明了方向和思路。作为我国高等教育类型之一的高等职业教育,同样肩负着以人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承创新和国际交流合作为核心内容的五大职能。对接五大职能要求,“双高”院校在引领职业教育五维度高质量发展的过程中,专业建设是核心,科技创新是赋能,育训并举是增效,思政教育是特色,国际交流是关键。通过强基树标引领人才培养模式改革,增值赋能引领科技创新能力提升,提质增效引领社会服务水平提高,特色发展引领文化传承创新,开放共享引领国际交流合作,可加快实现职业教育的高质量发展。 In the field of vocational education,the state has successively issued a series of major policies,pointing out the direction and ideas for the reform and development of vocational education.As one of the types of higher education in China,higher vocational education also shoulders the five functions of talent training,scientific research,social services,cultural inheritance innovation and international exchange and cooperation.In line with the five functional requirements,in the process of leading the high-quality development of vocational education in the five dimensions,professional construction is the core,scientific and technological innovation is empowerment,education and training are efficiency,ideological and political education is the feature,and international exchange is the key.Through strong foundation and tree standards to lead the reform of talent training mode,value-added empowerment leads the improvement of scientific and technological innovation capabilities,quality and eficiency improvement lead the improvement of social service levels,characteristic development leads cultural inheritance and innovation,and openness and sharing lead international exchanges and cooperation,which can accelerate the realization of high-quality development of vocational education.
