Fruit Paradise at 37° North Latitude

烟台的鲜美大约可分为两种:一是大海所赋予的海鲜之美,二是苍山孕育的鲜果甘甜。这里是有名的水果之乡,起伏和缓的山峦、纵横交错的山溪,在沟谷内冲积发育成沙土肥沃的小平原,非常适于果树生长,一年四季,鲜果不断:早春的草莓、大樱桃,夏天的蜜桃、小甜瓜。到了秋冬天更不得了,石榴、葡萄、无花果、山楂、苹果、莱阳梨……一样接着一样,挂满了枝头也红遍了山头,整个烟台,俨然是一座水果的天堂。
