公共卫生医师规范化培训的实践与思考

Practice of and reflection on standardized training for public health doctors in Hubei Province

2018年国家卫生健康委员会组织开展疾病预防控制机构公共卫生医师规范化培训试点工作,湖北省作为首批试点的省份之一,积极开展培训模式探索并于次年启动了培训项目。本文从组织管理体系建设、师资队伍建设、培训模式建设、考核与评估等方面介绍了湖北省公共卫生医师规范化培训实践,并对现行公共卫生医师规范化培训提出思考及建议,为建立和完善科学的培训体系探索路径:进一步建立统一、规范的公卫医师规范化培训体系;加强师资队伍的建设和管理;提高培训项目吸引力,探索教育与晋升制度衔接机制;建立信息化管理平台进一步细化培训项目的全过程管理。

In 2018,the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China organized the pilot work of standardized training for public health doctors in disease prevention and control institutions.Hubei Province,as one of the first pilot provinces,actively explored the training mode and launched the training program in the following year.This paper introduces the standardized training practice of public health doctors in Hubei Province from the aspects of organization and management system construction,teaching staff construction,training mode construction,assessment and evaluation,and put forward some thoughts and suggestions on the current public health physician standardization training,in order to explore the way to establish and improve an effective training system:further establish unified and standardized public health physician standardized training system;strengthen the construction and management of the teaching staff;improve the attractiveness of training programs and explore the education and promotion system cohesion mechanism;establish information management platform to further refine the whole process of training project management.
