摘要
目的构建手术室新入职护士置信职业行为指标。方法于2021年9至12月采用改良德尔菲法对北京、广西、河南、陕西、黑龙江、山东、广东和四川等8个省市的21名专家进行两轮咨询。结果专家权威系数达到0.835;两轮咨询专家积极系数分别为91.3%、100.0%,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.206和0.288(均P<0.05)。构建了11项手术室新入职护士置信职业行为指标及其内容说明,确定了各项指标在不同时间节点的预期置信级别。结论初步构建了质量较高的手术室新入职护士置信职业行为指标及在不同时间节点的预期置信级别,为手术室新入职护士的胜任力培养提供科学指导依据。
Objective To develop entrustable professional activities of newly recruited nurses in the operating room.Methods From September to December 2021,the modified Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of consultations with 21 experts from 8 provinces and cities including Beijing,Guangxi,Henan,Shaanxi,Heilongjiang,Shandong,Guangdong and Sichuan.Results The authoritative coefficient of experts reached 0.835;the positive coefficients of the two rounds of consulting experts were 91.3%and 100.0%,respectively,and the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.206 and 0.288,respectively(P<0.05).A total of 11 entrustable professional activities and their content descriptions for newly recruited nurses in the operating room were constructed,and the expected confidence levels of each indicator at different time points were determined.Conclusions A high-quality entrustable professional activities for newly recruited nurses in the operating room and the expected confidence level at different time points are preliminarily developed,which can inform future competency-based training of newly recruited nurses in the operating room.
