医学慕课评价指标体系构建研究

Research on the construction of evaluation index system of medical massive open online courses

摘要 慕课在高等医学教育中的应用越来越广泛,关于医学慕课的评价备受关注。本文基于文献研究确定医学慕课评价模块,通过案例研究提取医学慕课评价要素,在此基础上通过德尔菲法完成指标体系的构建,并应用元决策软件完成了指标权重的计算,最终构建了包括5个一级指标和13个二级指标及其权重以及26个关注点的医学慕课评价指标体系。用于修正指标内容的两轮专家咨询问卷的克朗巴赫系数分别为0.822和0.910,内容效度分别为0.974和0.923,指标体系具有一定的信效度,能够为医学院校开展医学慕课建设和评价提供一定的参考。 The application of massive open online courses(MOOC)in higher medical education is becoming more and more widespread,the evaluation of medical MOOC has raised considerable concern.Thus the medical MOOC evaluation index system has constructed in 4 steps.First,the evaluation module of medical MOOC is determined based on literature research.Second,the evaluation elements of medical MOOC are extracted through case study.On this basis,the construction of index system is completed through Delphi method,and finally the index weights were calculated via yaahp software.The medical MOOC evaluation index system consists of 5 primary indicators and 13 secondary indicators and their weights as well as 26 points of concern.The construction of the medical MOOC evaluation index system is guided by experts through two rounds of consultation questionnaires,the Cronbach's alpha of which were 0.822 and 0.910 respectively,and the content validity coefficient were 0.974 and 0.923 respectively.The index system has a certain degree of reliability and validity and can provide some reference for medical schools to carry out medical MOOC construction and evaluation.
