水基胶黏剂中异噻唑啉酮向水性模拟物的迁移

Migration of Isothiazolinone Biocides in Water-Borne Adhesives for Food Package Paper to Aqueous Food Simulant

摘要 为了解水基胶黏剂中异噻唑啉酮杀菌剂向水性模拟物中的迁移行为,建立HPLC-MS/MS测定迁移模拟物中2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮(MI)、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮(CMI)和1, 2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮(BIT)3种异噻唑啉酮类杀菌剂含量的方法。MI和CMI在0.002~1.0 mg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好, BIT在0.000 8~0.40mg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2≥0.999 7, MI、CMI和BIT的检出限分别为0.43, 0.44和0.34μg/L,添加低、中、高的加标量,即0.01, 0.05和0.20 mg/L,重复6次,样品加标回收率结果为92.9%~111.0%,相对标准偏差为2.2%~3.9%。采用该方法考察异噻唑啉酮向水性模拟物迁移变化规律,结果表明, 3种异噻唑啉酮的迁移量受胶黏剂的涂膜厚度影响较大, CMI的迁移量受拟与食品接触条件影响较大, MI和BIT的迁移量受拟与食品接触条件影响较小。 The migration of 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one(MI),5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one(CMI)and 1,2-benzylisothiazolin-3-one(BIT)those three isothiazolinone biocides from paper material with adhesive to aqueous food simulant was studied.A rapid high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was developed for the quantitative analysis of three isothiazolinone in water-borne adhesives.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients(R°)were greater than 0.9997 in the range of 0.002-1.0 mg/L for both MI or CMI and 0.0008-0.40 mg/L for BIT,and the detection limits were 0.43,0.44 and 0.34μg/L for MI,CMI and BIT.The recoveries were between 92.9%and 111.0%adding the spiked amounts of low,medium and high,ie.0.01,0.05 and 0.20 mg/L repeating for 6 times,and the relative standard deviations were not more than 4%.The migration rates of MI,CMI and BIT to aqueous food simulant at diferent temperatures and migration times were studied.The results showed that the migration rates of three isothiazolinone were more affected from the film thickness of adhesive,the migration rates of CMI were more affected by the contact condition of the food,and the migration rates of MI and BIT were not affected by the contact condition of the food.
