仙草家园山猪肉对环磷酰胺诱导小鼠骨髓抑制的改善

Xian Cao Homeland Mountain Pork Induced by Cyclophosphamide Improvement of Bone Marrow Suppression in Mice

摘要 评价仙草家园山猪肉营养价值和对环磷酰胺诱导的小鼠骨髓抑制的改善作用,为对以中药饲料作为添加剂的猪肉的研究提供理论依据。以仙草家园山猪肉、市售猪肉为材料,采用试剂盒方法测定2种猪肉的微量元素、蛋白质和粪臭素含量并进行分析。通过建立骨髓抑制小鼠模型,测定仙草家园山猪肉分别对小鼠的脾脏系数、外周血细胞白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、血小板计数(PLT)的含量和血清中钙、磷和AKP (碱性磷酸酶)的影响,考察仙草家园山猪肉对骨髓抑制的改善作用。经检测,猪肉钙微量元素、猪肉蛋白质和粪臭素3个指标中,仙草家园山猪肉显著高于市售猪肉。与模型组相比,仙草家园样品高剂量组显著性降低小鼠脾脏脏器指数,升高外周血细胞WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT的含量,同时,仙草家园样品剂量组显著性提高小鼠血清钙、AKP含量。试验表明仙草家园山猪肉比市售猪肉口感更好、营养更高,且对骨髓抑制有较好改善效果。 To evaluate the nutritional value and ameliorative effect of Xian Cao Homeland Mountain pork on cyclophosphamide-induced bone marrow suppression in mice,and to provide a theoretical basis for the study of pork with herbal feed as an additive,the trace elements,protein and fecal odorant content of the two types of pork were determined and analyzed by the kit method using Xian Cao Homeland Mountain pork and commercially available pork as materials.By establishing a mouse model of bone marrow,the effects of the pork on spleen coefficients,peripheral blood cell white blood cells(WBC),red blood cells(RBC),hemoglobin(HGB),platelet count(PLT)and serum calcium,phosphorus and AKP(alkaline phosphatase)were measured to investigate the effects of the pork on bone marrow.The three indexes of pork calcium trace elements,pork protein and fecal odorant were tested to be significantly higher in Xian Cao Homeland Mountain Pork than commercially available pork.Compared with the model group,the high dose group of Xian Cao Homeland samples significantly reduced the spleen organ index and increased the content of peripheral blood cells WBC,RBC,HGB and PLT,while the dose group of Xian Cao Homeland samples significantly increased the serum calcium and AKP content of mice.The test showed that Xian Cao Homeland Mountain Pork had better taste and higher nutrition than commercially available pork,and had better improvement effect on bone marrow suppression.
