虾青素软胶囊祛黄褐斑功能评价

Evaluation of Astaxanthin Soft Capsules in Removing Chloasma

观察虾青素软胶囊祛黄褐斑的功效。102例符合条件的受试者随机分成试食组(51例)和对照组(51例),试验组每日口服虾青素软胶囊2次,每次1粒,连续45 d。观察受试者一般状况,检测安全性指标和功能指标,采用自身前后对照和组间对照两种研究方法进行对比研究。试验期间受试者一般状况良好,检测指标未见异常,表明受试样品对人体健康无不良影响。试食组试食前后黄褐斑颜色评分和面积大小比较有显著降低(P<0.001),试食后试食组黄褐斑颜色评分和面积明显少于对照组(P<0.001)。试食组总有效率为52.9%,对照组总有效率为0,两组总有效率比较差异具有显著性(P<0.001)。虾青素胶囊具有祛黄褐斑的功能。

To observe the effect of astaxanthin soft capsule on removing chloasma.102 eligible subjects were randomly divided into trial experimental group(51 cases)and control group(51 cases).The experimental group took astaxanthin soft capsules twice a day,one capsule each time,for 45 consecutive days.Observe the general condition of the subjects,detect the safety indicators and functional indicators,and conduct a comparative study using two research methods:self before and after control and inter group control.During the test,the subjects were generally in good condition,and no abnormality was found in the test indicators,indicating that the test samples had no adverse effects on human health.The color score and area of chloasma in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group before and after the test(P<0.001).The total effective rate of the trial group was 52.9%,while that of the control group was 0.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.001).Astaxanthin capsule has the function of removing chloasma.
