The Design and Practice of the Theme Banquet of the Feast of Grain

摘要 “五谷丰登”不仅代表着粮食丰收,同时也代表着人民生活幸福安康,国家富强安宁。在中国古代传统饮食文化的基础上,五谷丰登主题宴席结合现代餐饮文化理念,去芜存菁,加以创新和改良,以美味、丰盛、精致、营养、富涵文化而见长。宴席包括1盘艺术拼盘(含四味美碟、四调味)、6道热菜、2道面点、1盘水果拼盘,菜肴美味可口,营养丰富,符合中国居民膳食指南的要求,既体现中餐的饮食文化特点,符合现代宴席的实用性、卫生性、营养性,也体现绿色环保的现代健康理念。 "Bumper crops"not only represents a bumper harvest of grain,but also represents a happy and healthy life for the people and a prosperous,strong and peaceful country.On the basis of ancient Chinese traditional food culture,the themed banquet with abundant grains combines the concept of modern food and beverage culture,removes the waste and preserves the essence,innovates and improves,and is known for its delicious,rich,delicate,nutritious and rich culture.The banquet includes 1 plate of art platter(including four delicious dishes and four seasonings),6 hot dishes,2 pasta dishes,and 1 plate of fruit platter.The dishes are delicious and nutritious,and meet the requirements of the dietary guidelines for Chinese residents.The characteristics of Chinese food culture are in line with the practicality,hygiene and nutrition of modern banquets,and also reflect the modern health concept of green environmental protection.
