国产与进口离子色谱仪在溴酸盐测定方面的仪器比对

Comparison of Domestic and Imported lon Chromatographs of Bromate Determination

对比了国产与进口离子色谱仪在测定矿泉水样中溴酸盐的应用。采用国标方法,通过比较同一浓度的响应值,加标样品测定值的偏差范围,以及精密度、正确度和实际样品的测定结果,具体分析国产与进口离子色谱仪之间的差异。采用格拉布斯检验法和Z比分数统计法对2台国产仪器和6台进口仪器的测定结果进行统计分析,以有效评价离子色谱仪之间的差异。结果表明,国产仪器具有灵敏度高、偏差范围小、精密度高、正确度高及对实际样品的测定结果稳定等良好性能,可达到进口仪器的相当水平。国产仪器既能在技术上满足检测要求,又能做到经济上合理,具有良好的发展前景。

The application of domestic ion chromatograph and imported ion chromatograph in determination of bromate in mineral water samples was compared.The differences between domestic and imported ion chromatographs were analyzed by national standard method.The response value for the same concentration and the deviation range of the spiked sample determinations were compared.The differences of precision,accuracy and the results of actual samples were found between the domestic and imported ion chromatographs.The statistical analysis was carried out on the results of two domestic instruments and six imported instruments using the Grubbs test and the Z-score statistical method.The differences between ion chromatographs were effectively evaluated.The results showed that the domestic instrument had some good performances such as high sensitivity,small deviation range,high precision,high accuracy and the stabilization of determination results of actual samples and the domestic instrument had reached the equivalent level of the imported instrument.Domestic instruments could not only meet the testing requirements technically,but also be economically reasonable,which had a good development prospects.
