摘要
近年来,学校用餐人数日益增多,供餐品种日益丰富,学校食品安全引发的社会关注不断提升。针对学校在食品安全管理中的主要职责、食品安全主要风险及防控管理进行介绍与分析,以期为保障校园食品安全提供参考。
In recent years,the variety of school meals has been increasing,and more and more people choose to have meals in school.Therefore,the social attention caused by school food safety is increasing.To provide a reference for ensuring campus food safety,introduce and analyze the main responsibilities of the school in food safety management,the main risks of school food safety and the prevention and control management.
