摘要
中共二十大提出深入实施人才强国战略,具有重大而深远的意义。这是提升中国创新能力的客观需要,是提高中国的国际竞争力的重要途径,是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的必然选择。实施人才强国战略,必须坚持党对人才工作的全面领导,为人才发展保驾护航;完善人才工作机制,让人才能够各尽其用;加强人才队伍建设,大力培养和引进高端人才;优化人才发展环境,让人才能够大展身手;完善人才评价体系,让人才得到公正评价。
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the in-depth implementation of the workforce development strategy,which is of great and far-reaching significance.This is an objective demand to enhance the innovation capability of China;an important way to improve the international competitiveness of China;an urgent requirement to promote China modernization;and an inevitable choice to build a modern socialist country in all respects.To implement the workforce development strategy,we must uphold the Party’s overall leadership on talent work to safeguard the talent development;improve the mechanism of talent work so that the talents can make the best use of each;strengthen the building of talent teams,vigorously cultivate and introduce high-end talents;optimize the environment for the talent development so that they can fully play their value;and improve the evaluation system of the talents so that they can be evaluated fairly.
