“金课”视阈下大学教学品性及其价值生成 被引量:2

The Quality of University Teaching and Its Value Formation from the Perspective of“Golden Courses”

摘要 建设“金课”是新时代着力做好一流本科教育的重要举措,这一举措对于教育教学质量的提高与人才培养水平的提升有着极为重要的价值。坚守并含蕴大学教学品性是“金课”建设的关键,但是在“金课”建设过程中,由于对“金课”的“创新性、高深性、挑战度”特质把握不到位而出现了“金课”建设的技术化取向,这就需要呼唤大学教学品性的回归。大学校长要以教学为中心,大学教学管理机构要遵循学术性与教育性相统一的管理逻辑,大学师生要主动成为“教”与“学”共同体的主角,以促成大学教学品性的价值生成,更好地实现大学教育教学与人才培养质量提升的目标。 Constructing“golden courses”is an important measure of first-class undergraduate education in the new era,which has extremely important value for the improvement of the quality of education and teaching and the improvement of the level of talent training.Adhering to and connoting university teaching qualities is the key to the construction of“golden courses”,but in the process of“golden courses”construction,due to inadequate grasp of“golden courses”characteristics of“innovation,depth,challenge”,the technical orientation of“golden courses”construction has appeared,so it needs to call for the return of university teaching qualities.University presidents should promote teaching to a central position,university teaching management institutions should follow the management logic of the unity of academic and educational,university teachers and students should take the initiative to become the protagonists of the community of“teaching”and“learning”,so as to promote the value of university teaching quality can be generated,to achieve the goal of improving the quality of university education and talent training.
