摘要
基于科技服务业集聚对绿色全要素生产率(GTFP)的影响机理,以长三角地区41个城市2010—2019年的面板数据为研究样本,通过SBM-GML模型测算其绿色全要素生产率,并构建空间杜宾模型实证检验科技服务业集聚对绿色全要素生产率的影响。研究发现,科技服务业集聚能够有效促进当地绿色全要素生产率的增长,科技服务业集聚水平每提高1%,GTFP就会增长0.104%;相邻地区科技服务业集聚对本地区GTFP的提升有着明显的空间溢出效应,若忽略这种影响,则会大大降低科技服务业集聚对城市GTFP影响的提升作用。最后,为发挥科技服务业集聚对GTFP的促进作用,提出政策建议。
Based on the influence mechanism of agglomeration of science and technology service industry on green total factor productivity,taking panel data of 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2010 to 2019 as research samples,the paper measures green total factor productivity by SBM-GML model,and the spatial Durbin model is constructed to empirically test the impact of agglomeration of science and technology service industry on green total factor productivity.The results show that agglomeration of science and technology services can effectively promote the growth of local GTFP,and 1% increase of spatial promoting agglomeration of science and technology services raises GTFP growth by 0.104%.The agglomeration of science and technology services in adjacent areas has an obvious spatial spillover effect on the improvement of GTFP in this region.If this effect is ignored,the effect of agglomeration of science and technology services on the improvement of urban GTFP will be greatly reduced.Finally,in order to give full play to the agglomeration of science and technology services to promote GTFP,the paper gives feasible policy suggestions.
