免疫检查点抑制剂治疗胃癌的研究进展

Advances in immune checkpoint inhibitors therapy for gastric cancer

目的运用文献计量学分析方法分析免疫检查点抑制剂(ICI)治疗胃癌的研究进展。方法于2022年10月19日从Web of Science核心合集中获得有关ICI治疗胃癌的文献,运用可视化工具CiteSpace、VOSviewer进行文献计量学分析。结果有关ICI治疗胃癌的文献有633篇。美国是该领域最具影响力的国家。《Frontiers in Oncology》是刊发相关文献最多的期刊,最常被引用的期刊是《The Lancet》。主要研究热点是ICI疗法在晚期胃癌患者中的疗效及安全性评价、有效生物标记物的探索、肿瘤免疫微环境与肿瘤相互作用的机制研究、免疫相关不良事件发生机制的研究、ICI耐药性生物学机制的探索。结论ICI治疗胃癌的有关研究处于快速发展阶段,相关领域仍将是未来的研究热点。

Objective To analyze the advances of immune checkpoint inhibitor(ICI)therapy for gastric cancer by applying bibliometric analysis.Methods Publications on ICI for gastric cancer were obtained from the Web of Science Core Collection on October 19,2022,and bibliometric analysis was performed using visualization tools CiteSpace and VOSviewer.Result 633 papers had been published on ICI for gastric cancer,with the United States being the most influential country in the field,Frontiers in Oncology being the most published journal and the most frequently cited journal being The Lancet.The main hot topics of research are the evaluation of the efficacy and safety of ICI therapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer,the exploration of effective biomarkers,the mechanisms of tumor immune microenvironment-tumor interaction,the study of the mechanisms of immune-related adverse events,and the exploration of the biological mechanism of resistance to ICI.Conclusion The research on the treatment of gastric cancer by ICI is currently in a stage of rapid development,and related fields may still be the research hotspots in the future.
