根据煤矿坑道钻机钻进施工过程中需要对不同直径钻具限位的使用要求,研制了限位范围可调的顶部开放式钻杆限位器。介绍了钻杆限位器的方案设计及工作原理,简述了关键零部件的设计要点。现场试验证明,顶部开放式钻杆限位器限位性能达到设计要求,动作稳定可靠,满足了钻进施工过程中对不同直径钻具限位的使用要求。

According to the requirements of different diameter drlling tools limit in the drlling process of coal mine tunnel drilling rig,a top open drill pipe stopper with adjustable limit range was developed.The scheme design and working principle of drill pipe stopper were introduced and the design points of key parts were briefly described.The field test shows that the limit performance of the top open drill pipe stopper meets the design requirements,and the action is stable and reliable,which meets the use requirements of different diameter drill pipe limit during drlling construction.
