摘要
喷雾除尘是煤炭开采、运输过程中的重要环保措施,常规喷雾设施在总尘和呼吸性粉尘的去除率上往往难以兼顾,尤其在带式输送机输煤过程中,单纯依靠增大喷雾量往往难以取得理想效果。设计了一种双雾滴复合喷雾系统,可以同时兼顾总尘和呼尘的去除效率。建立了一种变量喷雾控制模型,根据带式输送机煤炭输送量动态调节喷雾量。实际运行表明,该系统可以有效提高带式输送机转载点和巷道内总尘及呼尘的去除效率,同时能够较好地控制喷雾量,使煤炭含水率保持在预定指标以内。
Spraying dust removal is an important environmental protection measure in the process of coal mining and transportation.It is often difficult to balance the removal efficiency between total dusts and breathing dust by conventional spray facilities,especially in the coal transportation by belt conveyor,it is difficult to achieve an ideal effect by increasing the amount of spray simply.A double fog drop composite spray system was designed,this spray system can take into account the removal efficiency both breathing dust and total dusts.A variable spraying control model was established,the spray volume can be dynamically adjusted according to coal quantity passing through the belt conveyor.The actual operation shows that the system can effectively improve the removal efficiency both of total dusts and breathing dust at belt conveyor transfer point and roadway,and can control the spray amount well,so as to keep the coal moisture content within a predetermined target.
