双行星电动执行器结构设计与试验研究

摘要 针对煤气管道用排气内舌阀电动执行机构安装空间狭窄、工作时启闭阀门时间短等问题,设计了一种高效率、低功率的双行星电动执行器。根据用户需求进行减速器部件设计和整机结构设计,完成内部结构布局。制作试验样机,进行了力矩测试试验,结果显示:额定输出力矩415 Nm,手动操作力矩22.3 Nm,驱动时间4~10 s,满足设计要求。 In view of the problems of the narrow installation space of the electric actuator and the short time to open and close the valve when the gas pipeline is used for the exhaust inner flap valve,a highefficiency and low-power double planetary electric actuator was designed.According to the needs of users,the components of the reducer and the structure of the whole machine were designed,and the layout of the internal structure was completed.The test prototype was produced,and the torque test test was carried out.The results show that the rated output torque is 415 Nm,the manual operation torque is 22.3 Nm,and the driving time is within 4~10 s,which meets the design requirement.
