摘要 为解决特殊地质条件下四柱支撑掩护式液压支架智能控制的技术难题、提升工作面智能化开采技术水平、丰富四柱支撑掩护式液压支架支护状态监测技术的理论基础,对四柱支撑掩护式液压支架支护状态进行了系统分析,提出液压支架支护状态主要包括姿态特征与承载特征。结合支架平面对称结构及受力特性,构建了四柱支撑掩护式液压支架平面杆系姿态分析模型与平面杆系承载分析模型,基于模型推导了支架姿态特征计算方法和承载特征计算方法。在Solid Works仿真平台构建了支架简易运动学模型并进行运动仿真,利用MATLAB软件对仿真运动进行解算,验证了姿态特征计算方法的正确性。该研究成果为推进四柱支撑掩护式液压支架支护状态监测技术的发展具有重要意义。 In order to solve the technical problems of intelligent control under special geological conditions of 4-leg shield hydraulic support,improve the level of intelligent mining technology in the working face,and enrich the theoretical basis on support status monitoring technology of 4-leg shield hydraulic support,made a systematic analysis of the support state of 4-leg shield hydraulic support,proposed that the support status of hydraulic support mainly includes posture characteristics and bearing characteristics.Combined with the plane symmetrical structure and stress characteristics of the support,constructed the plane bar system attitude analysis model and plane bar system load bearing analysis model of 4-leg shield hydraulic support.Based on the model,derived the calculation method of the support attitude characteristics and load bearing characteristics.Constructed a simple kinematics model of the support on the SolidWorks simulation platform and the motion simulation was carried out.Solved the simulation motion by MATLAB software,verified the correctness of the attitude feature calculation method.The research results are of great significance for promoting the development of support condition monitoring technology of 4-leg shield hydraulic support.
