Analysis of Dynamic Characteristic of LRDS Plunger Pump Based on AMESim

研究了LRDS控制变量柱塞泵的动态特性,详细分析了压力切断阀、负载敏感阀及恒功率控制阀的工作原理,利用AMESim仿真软件搭建其仿真模型,根据实际参数及数据设置仿真参数,根据动态仿真结果探讨了LRDS控制泵的压力、流量及功率特性,为更好地应用LRDS负载敏感柱塞泵提供了技术支持。

Studied the dynamic characteristics of LRDS controlled variable displacement piston pump.The working principles of pressure cut-off valve,load sensing valve and constant power control valve were analyzed in detail.The simulation model was built by using AMESim simulation software.The simulation parameters were set according to the actual parameters and data.According to the dynamic simulation results,discussed the pressure,flow and power characteristics of LRDS controlled pump.It provides technical support for better application of LRDS load sensing piston pump.
