摘要
为解决50 MN液压支架试验台大型焊接件的残余应力消除难题,研究了振动时效与超声波时效组合工艺在试验台研制中的应用,达到了残余应力消除、均化和稳定构件尺寸的预期目的,为组合时效工艺在消除大型低合金高强钢焊接件残余应力的应用提供了实践经验。
In order to solve the problem of residual stress elimination of large weldments on the 50 MN hydraulic support test bench,the application of vibration aging and ultrasonic aging combined process in the development of the test bench was studied,which achieves the expected purpose of residual stress elimination,homogenization and stabilization of component size,and provides practical experience for the application of combined aging process in eliminating residual stress of large low-alloy highstrength steel weldments.
