摘要 为提高短壁交流电牵引采煤机截割部的结构强度和设备运行的可靠性,运用SolidWorks软件对采煤机回转座进行优化设计,建立采煤机回转座的数字化模型,并利用Simulation模块对采煤机回转座进行有限元分析。 In order to improve the structural strength and the reliability of the equipment operation of the cutting part of the short wall AC traction shearer,the SolidWorks software was used to optimize the design of shearer rotary seat,established the digital model of the shearer rotary seat,and the simulation module was used to conduct the finite element analysis of the shearer rotary seat.
