摘要
对采煤机行走机构链轮组结构进行改进设计。根据采煤机实际工况,结合轴承的损坏情况,对链轮进行受力分析和理论计算,研制了免维护自密封轴承。对链轮材料选择及热处理工艺进行了研究,大幅度提高了链轮弯曲和接触疲劳寿命。
The structure of the sprocket group of the traveling mechanism of the shearer was improved and designed.According to the actual working conditions of the shearer,combined with the damage of the bearing,the stress analysis and theoretical calculation of the sprocket were carried out,and developed a maintenance free self sealing bearing.The material selection and heat treatment process of sprocket were studied,which greatly improves the bending and contact fatigue life of the sprocket.
