永磁半直驱技术在刮板输送机上的研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决刮板输送机使用传统异步电机驱动带来的整体驱动效率低、能耗高、安装占用空间大、难以维护等问题,研究了永磁半直驱技术应用在刮板输送机驱动上的实用性和有效性,并进行了实际应用验证。通过对比证明了永磁半直驱技术在高效节能、降低维护成本、占用空间小、质量轻、易于维护等方面有很大的优势,具有较高的推广和应用价值。 In order to solve the low overall drive efficiency,high energy consumption,large installation space,dfficult to maintain and other problems of the scraper conveyor using traditional asynchronous motor drive,the practicability and effectiveness of permanent magnet semi-direct drive technology in driving scraper conveyor were studied,and carried out practical application and verification.Through comparison,it is proved that permanent magnet semi-direct drive technology has great advantages in high efficiency and energy saving,reducing maintenance cost,small space,light weight,easy maintenance and other aspects,which has high promotion and application value.
