摘要 针对当前带式输送机的驱动控制方法容易受到负载扰动影响,无法有效抑制转矩脉动,导致传送速率较低的问题,提出了基于直接转矩的矿用带式输送机变频驱动控制。在dq坐标系中构建电磁转矩方程,通过方程线性变换实现数学模型解耦。分析空间电压矢量下定子磁链和电磁转矩的作用,选择开关表控制定子磁链幅值和跟踪电磁转矩,抑制三次谐波电流。计算开关作用下的三相导通时间,控制逆变器磁链,避免出现转矩脉动过大的问题。构建基于开关表的容错控制结构,计算实际运煤量,以额定带速为控制条件驱动带式输送机变频调速。实验结果表明,该方法控制的转速与理想转速一致,且在该转速下运煤量与实际运煤量存在最大为0.055 t/s的误差,具有良好的控制效果。 Aiming at the problem that the current drive control method for belt conveyor is easily affected by load disturbance and cannot effectively suppress torque ripple,resulting in low transmission rate,a variable frequency drive control of mining belt conveyor based on direct torque was proposed.The electromagnetic torque equation was constructed in the dq coordinate system,and the mathematical model was decoupled by linear transformation of the equation.The roles of the stator flux linkage and electromagnetic torque under the space voltage vector was analyzed,and the switch table was selected to control the stator flux linkage amplitude and track the electromagnetic torque,so as to suppress the third harmonic current.Calculated the three-phase on-time under the action of the switch,controlled the inverter flux linkage,and avoided the problem of excessive torque ripple.A fault-tolerant control structure based on switch table was constructed,the actual coal volume was calculated,and the belt conveyor was driven by variable frequency speed regulation with the rated belt speed as the control condition.The experimental results show that the speed controlled of this method is consistent with the ideal speed,and at this speed,there is a maximum error of 0.055 t/s between the coal transported and the actual coal transported,which has a good control effect.
