非金属壳自动装配流水线平台研究与应用

摘要 为了高效地完成产品自动装配、节省人员和提升效率,采用工业机器人、视觉检测设备、PLC等设备,设计了非金属壳自动装配流水线平台。阐述了该平台的结构组成。以西门子PLC为主控制器,进行通信网络架构和相关算法的设计。该平台很好地满足了企业对智能制造的需求,高效、可靠,能够使用自动化设备提升组装效率,有效地减少了组装人员和降低了生产成本。 In order to efficiently complete the automatic assembly of products,save personnel and improve efficiency,an automatic assembly line platform for non-metallic shell was designed by using industrial robots、visual inspection equipment、PLC and other equipment.Described the structural composition of this platform.The PLC of Siemens was used as the main controller to design the communication network architecture and related algorithms.This platform well meets the needs of enterprises for intelligent manufacturing,has high efficiency and reliability,can use automatic equipment to improve assembly efficiency,effectively reduces assembly personnel and reduces production costs.
