合肥市打造“种业之都”的做法与经验

The Practice and Experience of Building"the City of Seed Industry"in Hefei

种业是保障国家粮食安全的关键支撑,应深入实施种业振兴行动。文章从种业企业数量、种业竞争力、种业育种创新能力等方面总结了合肥市种业发展成效,阐述了以保种、护种、育种、引种、用种“五种并进”打造“种业之都”的主要做法。在此基础上,总结出合肥市推进种业发展,打造“种业之都”的经验与启示。

Seed industry is the key support to ensure national food security,and the revitalization action of seed industry should be thoroughly implemented.This paper summarizes the development results of seed industry in Hefei from the aspects of the number of seed industry enterprises,the competitiveness of seed industry,and the innovative ability of seed industry.It also elaborates the main methods of"five seeds advancing together",namely maintaining seed,protecting seed,breeding seed,introducing seed and using seed.Based on these,the experience and implications of promoting the development of seed industry in Hefei are summarized.
