高质量新师范视域下卓越小学全科教师培养路径审视

On the Training Path of Excellent Primary School General Teachers From the Perspective of High-quality New Teacher-Training Program

摘要 高质量新师范教育给师范教育带来了新理念、新目标、新思路、新模式、新站位、新体系,体现了高质量、高水平、卓越型人才培养的要求。文章认为卓越小学全科教师的培养需要与高质量新师范发展相契合,一方面需要建设协同共享融通的教育生态圈,另一方面人才培养过程中需养成教育与职业能力提升的有效结合及实践与反思的深度融合。 High-quality education of new teacher-training program has brought new concepts,new goals,new ideas,new modes,new positions and new systems to the education of teacher-training program,reflecting the requirements for cultivating high-quality,high-level,and outstanding talents.The paper holds that the training of outstanding primary school general teachers who teach almost all subjects needs to be in line with the development of high-quality new teacher-training program.On the one hand,it is necessary to build a collaborative,shared and integrated education ecosystem,and on the other hand,it is necessary to promote the effective combination of education and professional ability improvement,as well as the deep integration of practice and reflection in the process of talent training.
