摘要
为评估重组禽流感H5+H7三价灭活苗(H5N1Re-11株+Re-12株,H7N9H7-Re3株)的免疫效果,优化免疫程序,本试验选取了三个厂家生产的疫苗分组免疫18日龄蛋鸡,4周后强化免疫,持续检测针对H5N1Re-11株、H5N1Re-12株和H7N9H7-Re3株的抗体效价。结果显示,在疫苗一免后28d,抗体效价达到高峰,测定的H5N1Re-11株、H5N1Re-12株和H7N9H7-Re3株的抗体效价均在6log2以上;二免后1个月,再次升至高峰,达9log2以上,随后缓慢下降;在二免后120 d,H5N1 Re-11株和H7N9 H7-Re3株抗体水平仍维持在7log2以上,H5N1 Re-12株抗体水平维持在5.8log2以上,三个厂家的重组禽流感(H5+H7)三价灭活苗免疫鸡群后的三个毒株的平均抗体效价基本趋于一致,均具有良好的免疫原性。本研究为重组禽流感H5+H7三价灭活苗(H5N1 Re-11株+Re-12株,H7N9 H7-Re3株)选择和应用提供依据。
In order to evaluate the immune efficacy of trivalent inactivated avian influenza vaccines and optimize the immunization program,18-day-old laying hens were randomly immunized with vaccines produced by three manufacturers,and then strengthened immunization was performed 4 weeks later.Antibody titers against H5N1 Re-11 strain,H5N1 Re-12 strain and H7N9 H7-Re3 strain were continuously tested.The results showed that the titers of H5N1 Re-11 strain,H5N1 Re-12 strain and H7N9 H7-Re3 strain reached a peak at 28 days after vaccination.The antibody titers of the three strains were all above 61og2.It reached more than 91og2 in 1 month after booster immunization,and then slowly declined.120 days after booster immunization,the antibody levels of H5N1 Re-11 strain and H7N9 H7-Re3 strain remained above 71og2,the antibody level of H5N1 Re-12 strain remained above 5.81og2.The average antibody titer of the three strains after immunizing chickens with trivalent inactivated avian influenza vaccines of the three manufacturers was basically consistent,and all of them had good immunogenicity.This study provided a basis for the selection and application of trivalent inactivated avian influenza vaccines.
