益生菌对家禽肠道健康影响的研究进展

Research Progress on Effects of Probiotics on Intestinal Health of Poultry

几十年来,抗生素作为生长促进剂被广泛应用于家禽生产中,极大地推动家禽业的发展。然而,随着抗生素的长期滥用,其耐药性及残留等问题日益严重,对人类健康产生巨大挑战。益生菌是指在适当剂量下对宿主健康有益的一类活性微生物,由于其无毒副作用在家禽生产中受到广泛关注和应用。益生菌主要在肠道中发挥作用,能够定量或(和)定性地影响肠道微生物群,调节肠道免疫系统,从而改善家禽健康和生产性能。本文综述了益生菌的作用方式及其对家禽肠道健康的影响,以期为益生菌在家禽生产中的应用提供参考。

In recent decades,antibiotics as growth promoters have been widely used in poultry production,which has greatly promoted the development of poultry industry.However,with the long-term abuse of antibiotics,the problem of drug resistance and residues has become increasingly serious,which poses a great challenge to human health.Probiotics are active microorganisms that are beneficial to host health in proper dose and have been widely used in poultry production due to their non-toxic side effects.Probiotics exert roles primarily in the gut and are able to quantitatively or/and qualitatively affect the gut microbiome and regulate the gut immune system,thereby improving poultry health and productivity.In this paper,the action mode of probiotics and their effects on intestinal health of poultry were reviewed in order to provide reference for the application of probiotics in poultry production.
