基于文献计量分析法我国网络舆情研究热点与趋势分析

Analysis of Research Hotspots and Trends of Internet Public Opinion in China——Based on Bibliometrics Analysis

在新媒体时代,网络舆情与大众、与社会发展的关系越来越紧密,对其研究热点与趋势进行分析有助于推动我国的网络舆情治理和社会进步。基于中国知网期刊数据资源,通过计量分析法和软件制作可视化知识图谱,从发文年份、发文作者、发文期刊、研究机构及关键词等方面对我国网络舆情研究领域的2468篇文献进行统计分析,发现我国网络舆情研究整体呈波动上升趋势,研究领域及研究成果较为集中,核心发文期刊基本形成,研究热点与趋势具有一定时代特征。如何更好地治理不同种类的网络舆情是今后需要深入研究的方向。

Internet public opinion is more and more closely related with the public and social development.The analysis of its research hotspots and trends is done to boost the governance of internet public opinion and social progress.With CNKI as the literature data source,based on the bibliometric analysis method and visualized knowledge map drawn by software,the study conducts statistical analysis on 2468 relevant documents of China’s internet public opinion research from the aspects of the distribution of the year of publication,the journal authors,the issuing agency,research institution and keywords,etc.It is found that the overall trend of online public opinion research is rising,the research field and achievements is relatively concentrated,core issuing journals occur generally,and there are certain time characteristics in research hotspots and tends.How to better govern different kinds of internet public opinion is the future research direction.
