摘要
当前,我国的学术评价体系多以最终学术成果来判定科研人员的学术水平,往往忽略了其在实践过程中产生的创新性和贡献,存在一定局限性。随着学术评价体系改革意见建议的不断出炉,以构建多元化、综合化、科学化学术评价体系的“破五唯”政策不断推进。基于“结果—过程”辩证统一视角,利用网络文本分析法,提炼“破五唯”政策背景下学术评价体系的特征要素及导向,剖析科研人员和教师对“破五唯”的情感倾向,从而构建以过程观为导向的学术评价体系,继承并优化现行以结果观为核心的评价体系。在探究结果的同时,注重过程的变化逻辑,能够给予人才更多创造的空间和选择弹性,有助于促进良好学术风气的养成。
Nowadays,the academic evaluation system is still mostly judged by the final academic achievements of the researchers,ignoring the innovation and contribution of researchers in the process of practice.This are certain limitations.Based on the perspective of“result-process”dialectical unity,the study utilizes network text analysis method,extracts and purifies the characteristic elements and orientation of academic evaluation system under the background of“Breaking Five Rules”,and explores the emotional tendency of“Breaking Five Rules”of scientific and research staff and teachers,to construct academic evaluation system oriented by process concept,and inherits and optimizes the evaluation system oriented by results.It is suggested to explore the results,and pay attention to change logic,to provide people with more creation space and selection elasticity,and cultivate good academic atmosphere.
