听力障碍大学生心理资本与就业能力现状及其相关性研究

Current Situation and Correlation Study of Psychological Capital and Employability of College Students with Hearing Impairment

2022年全国高校残疾人应届毕业生人数再创新高,其中听障大学生人数众多,研究听障大学生的心理资本与就业能力对提高其就业率和就业质量具有现实意义,为此对373名听障大学生进行相关问卷调查。结果显示,听障大学生心理资本处于中等偏上水平,其就业能力处于一般水平,但在年级、教养方式上存在显著性差异;听障大学生的心理资本与就业能力存在显著正相关,其心理资本能显著正向预测其就业能力。因此,应有针对性地培养听障大学生的乐观心态、心理韧性、希望品质与自我效能感,有助于提高他们的心理资本水平,进而实现就业能力的提升。

The number of disabled college graduates in China has reached a new high in 2022.The number of college students with hearing impairment is large.It is of practical significance to study the psychological capital and employability of college students with hearing impairment to improve their employment rate and quality.The study does related questionnaire survey on 373 college students with hearing impairment.The results show that psychological capital of college students with hearing impairment is at higher level,and their employability is at general level.But there is statistically significant difference in grades and parenting styles.There is significantly positive correlation between psychological capital and employability of college students with hearing impairment,and their psychological capital can positively predict their employability.Therefore,it is suggested to train the optimism,psychological tenacity,prospecting quality and self-efficiency of college students with hearing impairment,to improve their psychological capital level and improve employability.
