社会支持与积极心理品质对考研医学生的心理影响

Study on Social Support and Positive Psychological Quality on Psychological Health of Medical Students for Postgraduate Entrance Examination

来自社会的支持、个体自身的积极心理品质与个体的心理健康状况密切相关。为了解影响考研医学生心理健康的内部和外部因素及其共同作用机制,采用大学生积极心理品质量表、社会支持量表和抑郁-压力-焦虑量表对泸州地区204名考研医学生进行线上问卷调查,发现考研医学生的积极心理品质高于理论平均水平,对当前的社会支持较为满意,但其仍存在中度的压力、抑郁和焦虑情绪。社会支持和积极心理品质的廉忠维度均能显著预测考研医学生的心理健康状况,其中社会支持起主要作用,因而建议主要通过增加社会支持力度来改善考研医学生的心理健康状况。

Social support and individual positive psychological quality are closely related with individual psychological health.In order to know the internal and external influencing factors of psychological health of medical students for postgraduate entrance examination,and the synergy mechanism,the study adopts online questionnaire survey on 204 medical students for postgraduate entrance examination in Luzhou Area with College Students’Positive Psychological Quality Scale,Social Support Scale and Depression-Stress-Anxiety Scale.Their positive psychological quality is higher than the average level of theory.They are relatively satisfied with current social support,but they have middle level of pressure,depression and anxiety.Social support and the integrity dimensions of positive psychological quality can both predict their psychological health,and social support plays the main function.It is suggested to increase social support to improve their psychological health of medical students.
