0~3岁婴幼儿家庭托育服务需求调研——以延安市宜川县为例

Survey on Demand of Family Nursery Service of 0~3 Years Old Infants——Through Taking Yichuan County,Yan’an City as an Example

构建普惠性托育服务体系是重要的民生工程,需要政府、托育机构、家庭的共同努力,以为学前教育从质变到量变的发展提供支持,促进0~3岁婴幼儿身心健康的可持续发展。为了解西北偏远地区婴幼儿家庭的托育服务需求,随机选取延安市宜川县104名0~3岁婴幼儿家长进行问卷调查。结果表明,宜川县托育机构数量较少,综合监管协调机制等不完善,不能充分满足家长的托育需求。为化解家长托育服务需求与托育机构发展不均衡间的矛盾,应通过加快普惠性幼儿园、托管机构建设等构建幼有所育的公共服务体系;托育机构应严格执行师资准入制度,促进托育机构的良性发展;家长也要转变育儿观念,坚持科学养育。

The construction of inclusive nursery service system,which is the important livelihood project,needs the joint effort of government,nursery institution and family to provide support for preschool education development,and promote the sustainable development of psychological health of 0~3 years old infants.In order to know the demand of nursery service of infant family in the remote areas in Northwest China,the study randomly selects 1040~3 infant parents in Yichuan County,Yan’an City to do questionnaire survey.The results show that the number of nursery institution in Yibin County is small,comprehensive supervision coordination mechanism is imperfect,and parents’nursery demand is not fully satisfied.In order to resolve the contradiction between parents’demand for nursery service and the development of nursery institutions,government should strengthen the construction of inclusive kindergarten and trusteeship institution,etc.to establish public service system for children;nursery institutions should strictly implement teacher admittance system to promote its benign development;parents should change nursery concept,and insist on scientific child rearing.
