办公室是科研机构的关键组成部分,提升其服务效能是科研机构实现长远发展的关键,对科研机构的办公室服务效能进行评估对提升科研机构的科研竞争力具有一定的现实意义。以某科研单位办公室为研究对象,通过问卷调查方式获取基础数据,采用AHP-模糊综合评价模型对该办公室服务效能进行评估。评估结果表明,现阶段该科研机构办公室服务效能较好,但也存在部分指标没有被大多人认可等问题。为提升科研机构办公室服务效能,应明确办公室工作定位,提高办公室工作人员的工作积极性,建立薪酬绩效制度和信息化办公室服务体系。

Office is the key constituent part of scientific research institution,and the promotion of its service efficiency is key to the long-term development of scientific research institution.There is certain practical significance of office service efficiency evaluation of scientific research institution on the improvement of the scientific research competition of scientific research institution.Through taking the office of a scientific research institution as the research object,the study does questionnaire survey to get basic data,and evaluates office service efficiency with AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.The evaluation results show that the office service efficiency of scientific research institution at present is better,but some indexes are not accepted by most people.In order to improve the office service efficiency of scientific research institution,it is suggested to clarify office work location,improve the working enthusiasm of officers,and establish remuneration performance system and information office service system.
