摆杆式导叶调节机构局部磨损问题分析

摘要 针对摆杆式航空发动机调节机构在运动过程中直角杆等结构件产生局部磨损的问题,开展了磨损位置受力分析和间隙设计分析,建立局部结构三维仿真计算模型,计算了结构件在不同工况下的接触应力。结果表明:垂直直角杆转动平面的拉杆作用分力是机构产生磨损的主要原因,通过调节直角杆与支架、螺栓的间隙可以有效控制结构件磨损产生的位置。同时,通过仿真计算证明减小拉杆垂直分力、合理增加螺栓预紧力可以有效减小机构的磨损应力,降低结构件磨损。 In order to solve the problem of local wear of the right-angle bar and other structural parts of the swing rod type aero-engine adjusting mechanism during movement,the force analysis of wear position and clearance design analysis were carried out.The threedimensional simulation calculation model of the local structure was established to calculate the contact stress of structural parts under different working conditions.The results show that the vertical rod function component in the plane of the right-angle bar rotation is a major cause of institutions develop blemishes.The position of the wear of the elements is effectively controlled by adjusting the clearance between the right angle bar and the bracket and bolt..At the same time,the simulation results show that the wear stress of the mechanism and the wear of the structural parts can be effectively reduced by reducing the vertical component of the tie rod and increasing the preload of the bolt reasonably.
