摘要
为研究双油路离心喷嘴特性参数对喷雾锥角的影响,对不同特性参数喷嘴的喷雾锥角进行理论分析和试验研究。结果表明:主、副油路单独供油,喷嘴中心形成了负压空气兰金涡,在较小雷诺数下产生“油泡”形状雾锥;随着雷诺数的增加,由于空气兰金涡、康达效应和边界层的综合影响,雷诺数对单独供油的主油路和副油路喷雾锥角特性影响不同。主、副油路同时供油,雷诺数相同,主、副油路旋向一致的喷雾锥角大于旋向相反的喷雾锥角;采用动量守恒的方法对喷雾锥角进行预测,通过试验数据确定修正系数,在某些情况下可供具体工程设计参考。
In order to study the influence of the characteristic parameters of the dual-orifice swirl atomizer on the spray cone angle characteristics,the oretical analysis and experimental research were carried out on the spray cone angle with different characteristic parameters.The results show that when the outer injector and the inner injector supplies oil separately,the negative pressure air Rankine vortex is formed in the center of the nozzle,and an oil bubble shaped spray is generated under a small Reynolds.Due to the combined effects of Rankine vortex,Coanda effect and boundary layer,Reynolds number has different influence on the spray cone angle characteristics of the inner injector and the outer injector when oil supplies separately.When the outer injector and the inner injector supplies oil at the same time,the spray angle of the same rotation is larger than that of the opposite rotation at the same Reynolds number.The spray angle is calculated by momentum conservation,and the correction coefficient is determined by the test date.In some cases,it can be used as a reference for specific engineering designs.
